our classes are all about taste...

Taste is a sense we are constantly using. It can bring us enormous satisfaction if it is properly utilized and appreciated.

• Our cooking classes emphasize balancing fresh flavors using seasonal products to maximize your taste enjoyment.

• Our wine/spirits classes build a foundational understanding of how to taste by using a systematic approach.

• Our classes are open to anyone...regardless of your previous knowledge.

interactive...  We organize all of our classes to encourage your direct participation. We always try to provide you with useful information and techniques, leaving you with some practical knowledge which is useful in your daily life. In each of our classes, we always allow plenty of opportunity for you to test your own abilities. We conclude each class by dedicating some time to group discussions while enjoying plenty of good food and wine.

unique...  Our seminars combine excellent fresh food, unique selections of wine and spirits, pleasant and culturally diverse companionship, a friendly environment, and sufficient time. All of our wines and spirits are carefully selected by our own wine expert, and all of our food is either freshly made or specifically selected by our own food expert. We keep our class sizes small, which allows everyone enough time to simply enjoy the experience.
