You can leave everything to us, or if you and your guests prefer, you can participate in the preparation of the meal.

Banquets/Apéros
Our catering services are specially designed to accommodate small groups of under 50 people, with strong emphasis placed on freshness and quality. We offer fresh alternatives in full catered dinners for up to 20 individuals, and unique fresh fingerfood apéros/buffets for up to 50 people.

All of the ingredients we use to prepare food for all of our events are of the highest quality. We personally select the freshest seasonal ingredients, using the most trustworthy local vendors and producers. We then prepare the majority of the food at the last possible moment in order to produce the freshest flavors.
Because we are so intimately acquainted with the food we prepare, we are often in the best position to recommend appropriate wine(s). All of our professional wine recommendations are independent of any company, organization or wine producer, and completely focused on providing you with a well-matched wine.
