A Very Brief Summary...
I was born in Turkey to a Moroccan mother and an Irish-American father. I spent most of my early years living in California and working within the telecommunications field. Eventually my desire to pursue my true passion of cooking became too great, which led me to culinary school. I have since lived and cooked in the USA, Italy, France, and Switzerland. I love to cook and to share this passion with others...I think everyone should have a chance to eat healthy, fresh food.
